We are able to help organisations to prepare formal IT strategies, review progress on existing strategies and adjust existing strategies for general change and the inclusion of workflow systems. This area would include doing reviews of staffing levels and competencies and helping management adjust the structure of internal IT teams to achieve the best support for their organisations.
Helping to specify IT positions and vet applicants (at C.V., testing and interview levels) when suitable skills are not available in house.
Top Level Support
While we do not undertake end user support except on our own products we can provide high level support usually to in house or outsourced support providers for complex problems they are unable to solve. This includes particular competencies in MS SQL Server, workflow systems, networking and general IT issues (performance problems etc.). We currently support clients with:
